The Sophia Priority Home Plan covers one eligible standard central HVAC system at one household and service address. Add a second eligible standard central system at the same address for $24.99/month. Boilers, heat pumps, tankless water heaters, oil, steam and other configurations require custom pricing.

Commercial preventive maintenance
Custom plans start at $99/month per location, based on equipment and service requirements. Call for a property review and written plan.
MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
Clear terms. No surprises.
Eligibility and activation: Equipment must be operating and serviceable. Sophia confirms eligible equipment at the first membership visit; the agreement and monthly billing begin only after that service is completed and confirmed.
Scheduled maintenance: Tune-ups are completed by appointment during normal service hours.
Repair coverage: Membership is preventive maintenance, not insurance. Repairs, materials, refrigerant and pre-existing conditions are not included unless stated in writing.
Member discounts: Apply to qualifying work only, cannot be combined with other offers and do not apply to permits, subcontractors or third-party charges.
Loyalty credit: Earned after each completed 12-month term while active; maximum $250; not redeemable for cash and applies to a qualifying replacement installed by Sophia.
Transferable: Membership may transfer to another owner or eligible New Jersey property after Sophia confirms the new equipment and service address.
